If you need to make a change to your order: Please call the order line at: (800) 480-8440 or e-mail: cusrv@townandcountryprinting.com by 3:00 p.m. CST on the day you placed the order. We cannot be responsible for any changes that you need to make after that time period. Ordering online is designed to flow through our system without manual input from Town & Country.   Orders for Send Out Cards are normally processed on Monday. Your order MUST be processed by 3 p.m. CST in order to be released to production. All orders processed after this time will be released the following Monday. Holiday weeks may alter this schedule. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

How long does it take to receive an order once placed? All orders are generally shipped within 7 working days from the day we process the account. (This processing day varies - see above). Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you would like to expedite your order, take advantage of our "Air Express Service". Air Express orders are shipped UPS with 2-3 Day Delivery once ready to ship.
